Chin implants can be placed either through the mouth or through a small incision under the chin. Dr. Wang prefers the under-the-chin approach, which allows for a clean, controlled placement. The incision is small and placed behind the natural chin crease.
The implant is positioned directly on the jawbone and covered by the surrounding soft tissue. This helps minimize visibility and palpability of the implant over time. Midline alignment is checked before proceeding to ensure proper positioning.

Gynecomastia Surgery - 2 Months Post-Op
This 25-year-old patient had been dealing with gynecomastia (excess glandular breast tissue in men) since his teenage years. Over time, it affected his confidence and the way he felt in his own body, including the types of clothing he felt comfortable wearing.
Dr. Arsalan treated his gynecomastia using a combination of VASER liposuction and direct glandular tissue removal with a pull-through technique. This approach allows for precise chest contouring while addressing firm glandular tissue that liposuction alone cannot correct.
