This 28-year-old patient came to us after undergoing a mastopexy augmentation with another provider a few years ago. Over time, she noticed several concerns: implant asymmetry, animation deformity (visible implant movement when the chest muscles contract), the breasts dropping again after her previous lift, and the overall appearance of her scars.
During surgery, Dr. Amir Arsalan corrected her asymmetry by selecting implants that properly matched her anatomy.
