Breast Augmentation with Lift: 2 Weeks Post-Op
This 29-year-old patient came in seeking an increase in breast volume along with improved shape and overall contour. While she was already a C cup, her goal was fuller, more balanced proportions that better complemented her frame.
Dr. Amir Arsalan performed a breast augmentation with mastopexy, using Motiva Ergonomix SmoothSilk implants, placing 340 cc on the left and 300 cc on the right to address natural asymmetry and create a harmonious result.
The implants were placed in the subfascial plane, meaning they sit beneath the thin layer of tissue that covers the chest muscle but above the muscle itself. In appropriately selected patients, this approach can help achieve a natural shape and feel while minimizing movement of the implants during muscle contraction.
At this early stage of healing, swelling is still present, and the breasts will continue to settle, soften, and refine over the coming weeks and months!
A lift reshapes and repositions the breast, while implants add volume. Combining both allows contour and fullness to be corrected at the same time, rather than addressing only one concern.

Deep Plane Facelift & Neck Lift: On-Table Results!
This 39-year-old patient sought early intervention for facial aging, including marionette lines, early jowling, and changes to overall facial definition. She wanted to address these concerns proactively so she could enjoy her results for years to come.
Dr. Lexie Wang performed a deep plane facelift and neck lift, combined with fat grafting to restore volume and Tetra CO₂ laser resurfacing to the face and neck to improve skin quality and texture.

Alarplasty is one of those procedures that often gets misunderstood. 🤔
This patient is shown 1 year post-op after an alarplasty performed under local anesthesia by Dr. Wang.
✅ This procedure can help narrow the bottom/base of the nose, reduce nostril width, and soften nostril flaring. It is a great option when those areas are the primary concern.
❌ What it cannot do is change the shape of the nostrils, alter the nasal tip, or create perfect symmetry. When those goals come up, a full rhinoplasty may be the better fit.
