Gynecomastia Surgery - 2 Months Post-Op
This 25-year-old patient had been dealing with gynecomastia (excess glandular breast tissue in men) since his teenage years. Over time, it affected his confidence and the way he felt in his own body, including the types of clothing he felt comfortable wearing.
Dr. Arsalan treated his gynecomastia using a combination of VASER liposuction and direct glandular tissue removal with a pull-through technique. This approach allows for precise chest contouring while addressing firm glandular tissue that liposuction alone cannot correct.

After two pregnancies and a significant weight loss of approximately 70 pounds, this patient came to Dr. Ruff seeking a comprehensive Mommy Makeover. She had previously undergone breast implant surgery at another practice and was experiencing changes in breast shape and support, along with concerns related to pregnancy and weight loss.
Her surgical plan was individualized and multi-layered. Dr. Ruff performed a breast implant exchange using Motiva® implants, corrected implant-related issues, and repositioned the breast tissue to create a more stable foundation.
An abdominoplasty was performed to repair the abdominal muscles and restore core strength. VASER Liposuction and Renuvion were used to refine the waistline, flanks, and back, followed by a torsoplasty to improve contour through the lower back and buttock region.
At 7 months post-op, her results show improved breast shape and position, a stronger core, better posture, and smoother, more balanced contours from every angle.

Breast Augmentation with Lift: 2 Weeks Post-Op
This 29-year-old patient came in seeking an increase in breast volume along with improved shape and overall contour. While she was already a C cup, her goal was fuller, more balanced proportions that better complemented her frame.
Dr. Amir Arsalan performed a breast augmentation with mastopexy, using Motiva Ergonomix SmoothSilk implants, placing 340 cc on the left and 300 cc on the right to address natural asymmetry and create a harmonious result.
The implants were placed in the subfascial plane, meaning they sit beneath the thin layer of tissue that covers the chest muscle but above the muscle itself. In appropriately selected patients, this approach can help achieve a natural shape and feel while minimizing movement of the implants during muscle contraction.
At this early stage of healing, swelling is still present, and the breasts will continue to settle, soften, and refine over the coming weeks and months!
