We are following up on the on-table results that we shared last week, and this is how her progress is looking one week after surgery.
This 35-year-old patient wanted a subtle, natural enhancement that maintained her C-cup proportions while adding gentle projection. Using 285cc Motiva (@motiva_usa) silicone implants in a subfascial pocket, Dr. Arsalan created a smooth, balanced contour that complements her frame.
At just one week post-operative, there is still expected swelling and the implants have not settled yet. However, you can already see the early shape forming beautifully. Over the next several weeks, her implants will continue to settle and the upper-pole fullness will soften as her healing progresses.
