✨ Mastopexy Augmentation: 2-Month Update
Two months post-op and her transformation continues to take shape. 🌸
After multiple pregnancies, this 37-year-old patient wanted to restore both shape and volume to her breasts. Dr. Arsalan performed a mastopexy augmentation using 320 cc Motiva implants (@motivaimplants) to achieve a lifted, fuller, and natural appearance.
At this stage, early healing is progressing beautifully. Swelling has continued to decrease, and the implants are gradually settling into a more natural position, an important part of the healing process.

Inferior Buttock Lift for Droopy 🍑
This 50-year-old patient came to Dr. Amir Arsalan concerned about skin laxity and a droopy appearance in the lower buttocks - changes often seen after weight loss, aging, or hormonal shifts following menopause.
Dr. Arsalan performed an inferior buttock lift, which involves removing excess skin and tightening the underlying tissue to restore a smoother, more lifted contour.
