Rhinoplasty + Chin Implant + Lower Face & Neck VASER with Renuvion: 3 Months Post-Op
This beautiful patient came to Dr. Wang with concerns about a nasal hump and a drooping tip, especially noticeable from the side. From the front, she felt her nasal tip appeared swollen or bulbous at times and wanted a more balanced appearance with subtle changes that still felt like her.

Inside the OR: Chin Implant Surgery!
Behind the scenes in the operating room, Dr. Wang walks through how she approaches chin implant surgery for this patient.
Chin implants can be placed either through the mouth or through a small incision under the chin. Dr. Wang prefers the under-the-chin approach, which allows for a clean, controlled placement. The incision is small and placed behind the natural chin crease.
The implant is positioned directly on the jawbone and covered by the surrounding soft tissue. This helps minimize visibility and palpability of the implant over time. Midline alignment is checked before proceeding to ensure proper positioning.
