Breast Augmentation: 6 Weeks Post-Op
Closing out the week with this 6-week breast augmentation result!
This 28-year-old patient wanted to enhance her volume while maintaining natural proportions. Her goal was a fuller look with soft upper-pole fullness that still felt balanced with her frame.
Dr. Nye performed a subfascial breast augmentation (a technique where the implant is placed above the muscle rather than underneath it) using Motiva® 320cc implants, placed through inframammary fold incisions.
Her results are already showing improved projection and symmetry as everything continues to settle.

This 36-year-old patient previously had a breast augmentation and desired more volume for a fuller profile. She also had slight right breast implant malposition, so Dr. Arsalan adjusted the pocket to improve positioning and symmetry.
Her previous implants were exchanged for larger 450cc silicone implants, creating more projection and giving her the fuller look she wanted.

Mommy Makeover - 3 Months Post-Op
This patient, in her early 40s and a mom of two, came to Dr. Arsalan unhappy with the changes to her body after pregnancy, breastfeeding, and weight loss.
She was comfortable with her breast size and did not want implants, but wanted her breasts lifted and reshaped. Dr. Arsalan performed a breast lift (mastopexy), restoring shape and upper-pole fullness using her own fat, while addressing natural asymmetry and maintaining her existing cup size.
As part of her mommy makeover, Dr. Arsalan also performed a tummy tuck with diastasis recti repair to address abdominal laxity and core separation after pregnancy. To further contour her shape, he performed VASER liposuction 360 to the abdomen, flanks, mid-back, and axillary areas for smoother transitions and overall balance.
