What to Expect (Day 0 → 2 Weeks → Early Regrowth)
Patients often ask: “How obvious will it look?” and “When do the hairs start to come back?” Below you’ll find real sequences from our patients that show:
-
Immediate post-op (what you go home looking like)
-
2-week visit (scabs still visible; washing begins after this visit)
-
Early months (it may look like “nothing happened” while hairs rest and shed)
-
Month 4–5+ (fine, fluffy hairs start to appear and thicken over time)
Grafts are usually visible until about Post-Op Week 2. After your 2-week visit, you can start washing; scabs typically come off and the transplanted hairs often shed (normal). Early re-growth becomes noticeable in the following months.
Patient Case 1: Immediate Post-Op → Week 2
Patient Case 2: Top of Head (4-Stage Progression)
Patient Case 3: Donor Area (Back of Head)
Patient Case 4: Week 2 Close-Up
